Scout Properties was started in 2006 by Trevor and Jamie Holmes to allow us to personally control our investing capital.

Our Business

Our business started in 2006 with a purchase a duplex in Pekin, Illinois.  We now own and operate over 100 units.  We are currenly looking for investing partners to purchase additional investment properties.
